Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

If you would like to return or exchange an item, contact us within 14 days of arrival of your order. Please email info@palmhouseliving.com including your order number, name, email address and your request. Our team will get back to you within 1-2 business days with the required actions.

All made to order and final sale items are not eligible for returns and exchanges. Items included in our Framed and Acrylic Art collection are all final sale. Replacement and returns are not accepted for those products to which color, size and other changes have been made at the request of the customer.

Items must be unused and in a sellable condition. Products must be returned in the same condition and packaging in which they were delivered. In case any damage to the product is found, or in case it is found that the product has been replaced, returns will not be processed. 

The customer is responsible for shipping returns, all shipping costs for the return will be at the customer’s expense. 

After having checked the product's compliance with the conditions for return, a refunding transaction shall be made to the original payment method with in 5-7 business days. Please note that refunds may take longer to appear in your account, depending on your credit card issuer. The original shipping fee is not refunded in return transactions. 

You may use any postal service at your own risk, PALMHOUSE will not take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service. Be aware that items must be well packed and breakable items must have a warning label on the packaging. 

 

Damaged Items

If any items are damaged, broken or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of the arrival of your package. Items broken during shipment and received in such condition will be replaced. Please make sure to include a photograph of your damaged item in your request email.

If you have received a damaged, broken or incorrect item please email info@palmhouseliving.com  including your order number, name and a photograph of the damaged good.




Cancelling Orders

If you would like to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours after your order was placed via email at info@palmhouseliving.com including order number, name, email address and your request.

We have the right to cancel orders that abuse our Terms & Conditions. We will refund those orders suspected of fraud.
